SMC Pneumatics has launched the latest in a series of cassette style directional control valves.The new VQC series is available in three body sizes and with flow capacities ranging from 180 l/min to 2000 l/min is suited to many applications. This highly reliable VQC series valve is manufactured with a precision ground and lapped spool and can deliver a life expectancy of 100’s of millions of cycles.For convenient ‘off the shelf’ solutions the manifolds are stocked (Australia) in even numbered stations. However, the VQC is easily extended due to the simple plug and play (connector type) manifold wiring systemA full range of valve options (including dual 3/2) is available. Also available are a range of unique specials such as Supply shut off valves, relay outputs and dual valve porting.This cassette valve is easily adapted to satisfy Serial communication options protocols available include: Profibus. Device Net, CC Link, ASI, CAN open and ControlNet.
