The requirement for large bore pneumatic cylinders often requires customised designs to suit the applications. To better meet local customer requirments SMC Pneumatics (Australia) Pty Ltd manufactures a range of large bore cylinder at its factory in Castle Hill, NSW. The success of these cylinders in heay industry, transport and mining applications has led to the exports to many countries. SMC has local Technical and Engineering support to assist with the development of pneumatic cylinder solutions, including positioner control, utilising the range of pneumatic and 'smart' postioners available from SMC. Additional options include 'lock up valves, integral control valves, flow control and air isolation circuits.
